CINDY'S BOSC PEAR + PUMPKIN COOKIES
½ cup butter, 1 ½ cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 1 t vanilla, 2 ½ cups flour, 1 t baking powder, 1 t baking soda, 2 Bosc pears, ½ t salt,
1 t cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, 12 oz bag of chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients together, set aside.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in egg, pumpkin and vanilla.
Slowly beat in dry mixture.
Fold in chopped and peeled Bosc pears and chocolate chips.
Drop tablespoon sized balls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
